	There are two property searches on the site because one links to a specific real estate company’s listings and the other links to The News Tribune’s real estate classified ads online. When you search on the real estate company’s property search, you can select the criteria you want in a home and when you submit your request, you will automatically be linked to the results of your search on their web site. You can browse the classified ads on a separate search. You can also select the criteria you want in a home and when you submit your request, you will automatically be linked to the appropriate classified ads.
	Why do different ads show up each time I come to the site?
	The ads on SouthSoundHomes.com are visible on a rotation basis. The real estate company property search is sponsored by up to two different companies. The search will rotate among all participants and when the company’s search is not featured, a banner with their company logo can be seen immediately to the right of the search. The "Featured" ads positions on the right rail also rotate with up to two different ads in each category.
